I have ate here pre COVID and all was well. Post COVID the food is cold ,over cooked (fried rice) And disorganized. I will not eat here again unless someone contacts me to address the issues. I was a loyal customer.

Ordered through them and the prices do not match what they charge!!! Also on the website it does NOT say there are small and larges and when you order you are NOT asked what size just automatically given the larges. When I brought this to their attention - I was the bad person and this was my fault - nothing like being yelled at after in a language I do not speak. Frankly told them they either need to update THEIR website or take the prices off.

I have ordered from China City twice. It was awful the first time, but I thought, since a friend recommended,I would give them the benefit of the doubt and give them another try. That was 6/22/2020 and it was worse! The whole family felt sick after. If you want good Chinese, don't eat here!

Food is usually cold. Very disorganized. Orders are given to the the wrong customers. Lost orders. Guy answering the phone doesn’t listen. Restaurant looks dirty and workers practicing bad hygiene.

I have been eating here for years.. But whoever made the pork fried rice tonight should be fired. Meat smelled and tasted awful.. Almost like the pork was old.. Disgusting.

We've ordered from here once a week for.as long as I can remember. Ever since you guys started Grubhub you've been too busy and screwing up our orders up. Called at 4:30. Waiting an additional 20 min when I got there. Food qas cold, missing all our extras. The guy in the phone says "yeah" to everything but isn't listening.
